How much do you know about detoxification (detoxing)?  Detoxification is the process that clears the body of toxins and waste products.  Resulting most often in weight loss, clearer skin, healthy hair and nails, more energy, and all over fabulously light and clear feeling!

Why worry about toxins affecting our bodies?  We are constantly being attacked my external toxins via the skin (the body's largest organ!).  Specific offenders are:

  • STRESS!!!
  • Millions of environmental pollutants surround each time we go outside (polluted air, water, and soil, radiation, nuclear waste, UV rays, microwaves and more!)
  • There are additives, artificial sweeteners, toxic pesticides and fertilizers, artificial colors and flavors, preservatives and other toxins dumped in to most available grocery store foods.  Resulting in low mineral and vitamin content.    
  • High use of drugs; pharmaceutical and recreational. 
  • Use of alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, sugar, smoking, exposure to high stress, lack of exercise and sunlight 
  • Poor elimination and lifestyle habits (dependence/addictions, stress)
